MVP is the best fit if you want to use the API and build the storefront by yourself. You can build the storefront using any framework ie: VueJS, React, Angular, Hugo or even using plain javascript. And host it on any platform ie: Netlify, Digital Ocean, AWS, GCP, etc.
Business subscription suits best if you want to skip all the hassle and use the API & Storefront. You can build the storefront in few clicks. You will get your store URL on .livemart.store subdomain. You can also configure a custom domain.
